The latest campaign-finance reports show the 4th Congressional District contest between Mia Love and Doug Owens remains by far the most aggressive battle in the state.
Love, the Republican, raised $320,600 in the first half of October and spent nearly twice that, largely on advertising, as she tries to claim the seat she narrowly lost in 2012, when she faced Rep. Jim Matheson.
Owens, her Democratic rival, raised $68,600 and spent $167,400 on his own ad campaign.
